The 2026 Beijing Xiangshan Forum Navigator Meeting opened on the morning of May 8, 2026, in Beijing. This conference was jointly hosted by the China Military Science Society and the China Institute for International Strategic Studies. This preliminary meeting, as an important part of the forum's brand, laid the foundation for the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, scheduled for this autumn. During the conference, defense officials from Brazil, Germany, France, Russia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, South Africa, Serbia, Singapore, and other countries, as well as renowned scholars from institutions such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, the Academy of Military Sciences, the Stimson Center, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, and the International Committee of the Red Cross, served as speakers and engaged in in-depth exchanges.

The entire conference was covered by all major media outlets in China and overseas, making it a significant international open forum led by China.

For such important conferences, using wireless audio access presents a significant challenge to the conference system. The large number of attendees can easily obstruct the wireless signal; the numerous wireless devices and complex wireless environment can lead to unpredictable wireless interference and dropped connections.

This conference selected the iweex XDC236 series wired-wireless converged conferencing system. The speaking units were XDC236-CXG1 wired-wireless converged conferencing units, with a total of over 50 units connected. The system also utilized a single integrated display wall; 14 60-inch displays; 4 PTZ camera systems; a complete hybrid integrated audio system; and the iweex AI audio processor.

The XDC236 series converged digital conferencing system supports automatic switching between wired and wireless working modes for meeting units, providing not only the fastest setup solution for meetings but also the most secure backup mode.

During the two-day conference, the iweex conference system delivered outstanding, clear, stable, and professional audio, ensuring a flawless experience throughout.

The iweex XDC236 system features AFH (Adaptive Frequency Hopping) wireless digital adaptive frequency hopping technology based on the 600MHz wireless band and an AP (Accessing Point) wireless access point solution based on 600MHz. This not only avoids wireless interference from 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz, but also solves various problems associated with important conferences.

Furthermore, unlike other similar products based on the Wi-Fi protocol, the XDC236 conference system is entirely based on a self-developed underlying wireless communication protocol. The overall system latency is only 4ms, eliminating the echo problems caused by excessively long latency for speakers.

The XDC236 series conference system has become the exclusive choice for meeting rooms of many well-known enterprises in various industries, including the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Guangzhou Municipal and District Urban Management Bureaus, China Railway Investment, Suzhou Shishan International Conference Center (Phase II), Hyatt Regency Zhuzhou, Sofitel Changzhou, and a meeting room of a ministry committee in Beijing.

Simultaneously, it has provided stable and clear audio solutions for many key domestic and international conferences, including the CITYNET Executive Committee Meeting in the Philippines, the 44th Chairs’ Meeting of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF), and the 2025 China Literature Festival in Changsha, Hunan.

The XDC236 series conference system also offers a variety of meeting units and flexible networking solutions to meet the needs of different meeting scenarios.
